Our Support Ticket System can be used to lodge faults you may be experiencing with any of the following:-

• A Fault with a your website (if it was built and designed by TechOn)
• A Fault with any software that was built and designed for you by TechOn
• A Fault with any Computer Hardware that was purchased through TechOn
• A Fault or issue with any TechOn consulting services

TechOn has developed an Online Payment Solution that allows your customers to pay your invoices online with their Credit Card.

The system is Unique, because it is a stand allone system. What this means, is that it doesn't need the costs associated with "connecting" to your accounting system.

In simple terms, this system gives your customers the ability to pay your invoices online. They simply enter the invoice number, amount to pay, their contact details and credit card. The payment is then processes via your gateway and the customer is emailed with a receipt.

In the backed, you have full visibility of who has paid, when they paid, amount payed, invoice number to apply payment to. You are also notified via email that a payment has been made (no credit card info is emailed).

Not only can this system be used to pay Invoices Online via Credit Card. it can also be used to maintain a full featured Online Shop of products. These products can be Boxed Products (eg Videos, CD's, DVD's, Hardware, Computer Good, Software boxed). It can also support downloadable products (downloadable software, MP3's, documents).

TechOn has been working on a new Online, Customer Resource Management system (CRM).

A CRM system allows you to manage your customers, communications and orders.

An Online CRM system is a great solution to Businesses who have a dispersed Sales Team.

Users will simply pay a monthly fee, depending on the number of users who need access to this online tool.

Elgas asked TechOn to upgrade their website from the existing CMS system into the new Joomla V1.5. The design brief was to keep the "look and feel" of the existing website for the time being. Basically, we were asked to take the existing websiite with it's existing CMS system and to build a template that looked exactly the same in Joomla.

We were also asked to add some pretty significant functionality to the new website. On top of the existing features the website already possessed, we were asked to add a eCommrce Shopping Cart to the site, as well as a powerful "Post Code based" store locator. With 1000's of visitors to their site per day and 100's of Elgas Retail and supply outlets, it was important that this locator was accurate and easy to manage for Elgas staff.

It was important to template the existing website into Joomla for a much better Website Management experience.

We started with the existing website, and carefully created a custom templete that would work with Joomla, keep the existing look (small upgrades and improved styling was introduced to upgrade the look of the site slightly) and to function correctly within the joomla CMS system.

The result was a template and associated modules and components that worked per the clients rquest. At current, the client is in the process of migrating the existing site across to the new Joomla Platform. This should be completed shortly.
