  FAQ's about our Online Billing System
  
  Q - Is this system live?
  A - Yes it most certainly is. If you buy something through this system, then your credit card will be debited and the product will turn up on your doorstep a few days later. Once again, it is a LIVE system!
  
  Q - Why doesn't TAX show up when paying invoices?
  A - The invoice payment system is designed to just pay invoices. The TAX field will say $0. This is OK, because once you have submitted your payment, we will issue a proper receipt, which will "break out" tax. Tax can be charged at different rates depending on the item bought. The invoice system doesn't know what was bought. TechOn staff need to "marry" your payment with an invoice manually.
  
  Q - How do I know that the payment worked correctly?
  A - Once paid, the system will bring up a "Thankyou" message. You will also receive an Email receipt with a description of the item purchased and a $ amount paid.
  
  Q - What credit cards are accepted?
  A - We accept Visa/MasterCard and Amex via our Online payment and shop system.

• How do I find your Trouble Ticket System

• To find our trouble ticket system (to log faults for software/websites and hardware you have bought through TechOn, you first need to:
  
  Register/Login to the system
  
  Then you will find a Menu item under "Help".
  
  If after logging in, you still cannot find our Trouble Ticket System, then contact us on 1300 794 220

• How do I login to your website?

• Well, if you are a TechOn client, and you have ben provided with a Username and Password, then you simply click the grey "Login" button at the top right of this website.
  
  Even if you are a client, you will only be provided with login credentials if you need access to our Client update and Forum areas. Not every TechOn client requires this.

• Why can I not Edit these Forums?

• These forums are closed in general.
  
  Some forums are open to TechOn clients, however, in general, these forums are provided to answer questions that we hear from our clients, as well as to provide a single place to display updated etc. They are not provided for "Online Marketers and Spammers" to advertise their rubbish to our valued clients.
