• What is TechOn's Stance with Offshore Programmers?

• Personally, TechOn does not support OffShore Anything.
  
  Being fierce Australians, we believe that Australian Businesses should be supported by other Australian Businesses.
  
  We have seen examples of others "Rolling The Dice" offshore, and have ended up with substandard results.
  
  Ofcourse, this isn't always the case, and to b fair, we do know of some Offshore developers and hosting Companies that provide excellent services. However, it is sometimes like "Rolling A Dice!".
  
  TechOn suport other Australians, we don't want to see the same thing happening with our Software/Programming needs that we have seen happen with Australian Farmers, Textile, Manufacturing etc.
  
  Personally, we want our kids to have jobs to goto, so we support Autralian.

• Where is TechOn based, and what area do you cover?

• Techon is based in Sydney NSW Australia. We are located close to Manly NSW.
  
  Currently TechOn covered all of Australia with some servies, while locally for others.
  
  Generally,we can cover all of Australia, for services like Website Development, Software Development and Hosing.
  
  However, for IT services, we generally find it is a good idea to visit your offices.In these cases, we are happy to travel to you. If however, you need regular office visits and you are not located in NSW, TechOn might not be suitable.
